Delivery

• When you place an order, we start the production of your jewelry, if it is not in stock.
• There is up to 6 weeks delivery time on all our orders.
• Standard cost for rec within Sweden.
• For inquiries about products that are not in stock, special requests or orders outside Sweden, please contact us at hello@pantolin.com or +46 708 25 54 15, and we will help you.

Returns

If you want to return your product or exchange it, please send your jewellery back to the following address: Pantolin Jewellery, Särö Lundaväg 16, 429 41 Särö. We will help you with the refunds. You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days. If the item has been incorrectly delivered or if there is something wrong with the item, we are responsible for the cost of the return.

Payment

You can pay safely with Klarna or with direct bank transfer. It’s also possible to pay to the company’s Swish if desired. Contact us for further instructions. hello@pantolin.com
